Which features are included in the trial?
The functionality that is enabled in your trial period is the same as that of our Enterprise plan, but with 100 responses, 3 domains,
3 users, and without the options to download response data or to suppress Informizely branding on the survey widget.
Do I need a credit card for a trial?
No. You only need to provide credit card details when signing up for a paid plan. For year plans it is also possible to pay by wire transfer.
What happens when my monthly response limit is reached?
When 80% of the monthly response limit is reached we'll notify you by email.
When the monthly response limit is reached all your active surveys will be paused and we'll notify you by email when you can publish them again.
At any time you can increase the limit by upgrading, or by asking
sales@informizely.com for a temporary increase.
What are the limits on monthly survey views and website visitors?
All plans include a views/responses ratio of 100. So a plan with a monthly response limit of 5,000 is allowed a maximum of 500,000 monthly survey views.
If your account has more monthly survey views than allotted to your plan we'll contact you to discuss options.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes we do. Please contact
sales@informizely.com if you need more domains or have special requirements that don't fit one of our standard plans.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards for preauthorised recurring billing.
For year plans it is also possible to pay by wire transfer, please contact
sales@informizely.com.
Are there transaction fees when I pay by credit card?
No, transaction fees are included in the listed prices.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
How do I cancel my subscription? Is there a cancellation fee?
You can cancel a paid plan at any time without any cost and won't be billed again.
Of course you keep full access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
Please note that we don't offer refunds so please make sure to cancel before the new billing period begins.
Can you provide an online demo?
How does the 15-day money back guarantee work?
Of course we want Informizely to work for you. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the service you can cancel your paid
subscription within 15 days after signing up. Just let us know and we'll refund the full amount.
