There are two ways that you can integrate Informizely with ActiveCampaign:
If you have an ActiveCampaign account, you can let Informizely automatically create a ActiveCampaign contact from email addresses in a survey's responses, and optionally add it to an ActiveCampaign list. For example, if you have a lead generation survey (e.g. "Would you like to subscribe to our newsletter") where you ask for the user's email address, this email address and possibly the user's first and last name (if you ask for those) will be automatically added to your ActiveCampaign list.
In order for Informizely to know what survey fields need to be added to your ActiveCampaign account you need to set the "Type of text" property of one or more single-line text questions. The first question with text type "Email address" will be used for the email address. Optionally you can specify the text types "First name" and "Last name" for other single-line text questions. If these are not present the email address will be added without the name information.
To integrate with ActiveCampaign, you need your ActiveCampaign API Key, API URL and optionally the List ID of the ActiveCampaign list to which the email data will be added.
To configure ActiveCampaign integration for a survey, go to the survey's "Settings" page, click "Add an Integration", and open the "ActiveCampaign" panel on the page that is shown. Here you specify the ActiveCampaign API Key and API URL and optionally the List ID. Don't forget to check the "Enabled" checkbox. Then press "Update".
That's it! For all new responses the email data will be automatically added to your ActiveCampaign list.
