Which features are included in the trial?
The functionality that is enabled in your trial period is the same as that of our Enterprise plan, but with 100 responses, 3 domains,
3 users, and without the options to download response data or to suppress Informizely branding on the survey widget.
What happens when my monthly response limit is reached?
When 80% of the monthly response limit is reached we'll notify you by email.
When the monthly response limit is reached all your active surveys will be paused and we'll notify you by email when you can publish them again.
At any time you can increase the limit by upgrading, or by asking firstname.lastname@example.org for a temporary increase.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes we do. Please contact email@example.com if you need more domains or have special requirements that don't fit one of our standard plans.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards for preauthorised recurring billing.

Are there transaction fees when I pay by credit card?
No, transaction fees are included in the listed prices.
How does the 15-day money back guarantee work?
Of course we want Informizely to work for you. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the service you can cancel your paid
subscription within 15 days after signing up. Just let us know and we'll refund the full amount.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes we do. For very small and personal websites we offer a fully functioning free plan.
You can upgrade at any time later when the need arises.

How do I cancel my subscription? Is there a cancellation fee?
You can cancel a paid plan at any time without any cost and won't be billed again.
Of course you keep full access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
Please note that we don't offer refunds so please make sure to cancel before the new billing period begins.
